Ginger Wills is licensed to practice law in both the state of Georgia and Florida. She joined The Hamilton Law Firm, P.C. as an associate attorney in 2009, and specializes in: Adoption, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support Modifications, Qualified Domestic Relations Orders and Civil Litigation. She was born in Illinois, but made the move to the sunny south when she was in high school. Ms. Wills obtained her Bachelors Degree in English Literature at The Florida State University in 2003. In college she received numerous honors including Student of the Year, Literature Award, Campus Leadership Award, Student Government Award, STRIKE Award, and Who's Who Among American College Students.
After graduating from The Florida State University, Ms. Wills moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia to pursue her Law Degree at Regent University. In law school Ms. Wills participated in the Summer Study Abroad program where she studied International Human Rights Law at the University of Strasbourg in France. She graduated in 2006 and passed the Georgia Bar that same year. The following year Ms. Wills also passed the Florida Bar and began working at Smith, Welch, & Brittain in Eagles Landing, Georgia focusing primarily on Domestic Litigation.
Ms. Wills is a member of the Family Law Section of the Georgia Bar, the American Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Woman Lawyers, the Henry County Bar Association and the Forsythe County Bar Association. She is also involved with Mock Trial where she has been a coach for the last two years. She is proud to say that her Mock Trial team last year won the Regional Championship. In her spare time, she is an active member of Mount Paran Church in Atlanta, Georgia.
